Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your account details (name, email, password — stored only as a hash), the sites and domains you manage, and the operational records needed to run your hosting: setup progress, support conversations, invoices and audit events. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store raw card numbers.
What we use it for
Running and securing your hosting, billing you, answering your tickets and meeting legal obligations. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use your site content for advertising or profiling.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of subprocessors — infrastructure and payment providers — to deliver the service. The full list, with what each one processes and where, is maintained with this policy; ask us for the current version at any time.
Your choices
You can export your site content, correct your account details in Settings, and ask us to delete your account. Deleting an account schedules its sites for removal after any paid period ends.

Family services and support records
TurbinePress is part of the TurbineWeb family, alongside TurbineWeb, DBTurbine and StaticWeb.site. Each product has its own subscriptions, included allowances and service terms. An account or purchase on one product does not automatically purchase another. Support messages and submitted attachments may contain personal information and are retained to resolve and document your request. Share only the information needed to explain an issue; avoid passwords, private keys and unnecessary customer records. Essential authentication and bot-protection services process technical signals to secure forms and sign-in. Contact us through this product for access, correction or deletion requests.
Read the TurbineWeb terms and privacy notice; the product-specific terms on this page govern your use of TurbinePress.
