Terms of Service
These terms explain the hosting service and how to interpret your plan. Review the price and included features at checkout before subscribing. Contact our team if you need help choosing a plan or understanding its allowances.
Hosting plans and allowances
TurbinePress provides managed WordPress hosting, site setup and the tools included in your purchased plan. Site counts and usage allowances apply to all websites on that subscription combined. If you buy several plans, each subscription has its own allowances. A dedicated IP included with a plan is assigned to that plan and may serve all its websites; it does not mean a separate IP for every website.
Traffic and visitor estimates
Published monthly visit figures are approximate planning estimates, not measured performance benchmarks, guaranteed traffic capacity, guaranteed unique-person counts or a limit on simultaneous visitors. The estimate is shared across every website hosted under the same plan. For example, a plan with an estimate of 10,000 monthly visits means approximately 10,000 visits across its websites combined, not 10,000 visits for each website. Repeat visits count toward the combined total.
Estimates assume an up-to-date WordPress installation, a lightweight theme, 2–3 lightweight plugins, effective page caching and predominantly public, cacheable pages with traffic reasonably spread through the month. Plugin count alone does not determine capacity. Actual performance varies with plugin and theme complexity, database work, page size, background tasks, bots, network conditions and other activity on shared infrastructure. These estimates have not been validated by workload-specific load tests.
Shops, membership sites, logged-in sessions, uncached requests and sudden traffic peaks may require a larger plan even when monthly visits are below the estimate. Visitor estimates are not hard billing allowances: exceeding one does not automatically create an overage charge. Contact support to review sustained high usage or a planned traffic spike.
Unlimited websites and shared usage
Unlimited websites removes the numerical website limit. All websites still share the plan’s available capacity and usage allowances, including staging copies and background work. It does not mean unlimited processing, storage, traffic capacity or concurrent visitors. We may ask you to optimise a demanding site or choose a more suitable plan if its workload exceeds the service’s available capacity.
Billing and cancellation
Hosting prices are shown in USD per month. Review the final charge and any applicable tax on the payment page. Each subscription renews according to its billing schedule unless you cancel renewal. Cancel renewal from your account to retain service until the end of the paid period. Catalog edits do not silently reduce the allowances recorded for an existing purchase. Additional services follow the price and schedule on their invoice. See our refunds and cancellation page for refund information.
Payments and card statements
TurbinePress is a TurbineWeb company. TurbineWeb manages billing for TurbinePress services. Online payments are processed through Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout.
Look for TURBINEWEB on your card or bank statement. Polar’s name may also appear in the payment description. The exact wording can vary by card issuer and payment method. Match the charge amount and date with the invoice in your account’s Plans & billing section. If you do not recognise a charge, contact our team so we can help you identify it.
Support and backups
Support covers hosting and the tools included in your plan; custom development is a separate service. Backups depend on your plan and its retention period. Keep an independent copy of important content. Read our backup guide for coverage and recovery limitations.

The TurbineWeb family
TurbinePress is part of the TurbineWeb family, alongside TurbineWeb, DBTurbine and StaticWeb.site. Each product has its own subscriptions, included allowances and service terms. An account or purchase on one product does not automatically purchase another. Payments processed under the TurbineWeb billing identity may appear as TURBINEWEB, Polar or an associated payment descriptor, depending on the bank. Review the final checkout amount and billing interval before confirming.
Read the TurbineWeb terms and privacy notice; the product-specific terms on this page govern your use of TurbinePress.
