Cancelling

Cancel renewal any time from Plans & billing. Cancellation stops the next charge; your hosting stays online until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We never switch a site off early or delete data because a payment event arrived.

Refunds

If we can’t deliver what you paid for — for example, if capacity falls through after payment — we’ll offer a verified alternative with your consent, or refund you. Statutory refund rights apply, always. For anything else, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll look at it individually; we don’t hide behind a blanket no-refund rule.

Your data after cancellation

Before your paid period ends, export anything you want to keep — WordPress’s own export tools work as always. After the period ends, sites are suspended and later removed following the retention schedule in our Terms of Service.
