Know what happens before you start building.
Choose a plan, follow the setup and find your access details in the portal. Here’s what happens between checkout and opening your site.
Step 1
You choose a plan
Choose a plan and region, then create your account. When you request a site, we ask for its name and the email to use for your WordPress login.
Step 2
We prepare your hosting
We prepare the hosting included in your plan and apply its access and security settings. Your panel shows the progress; if something needs attention, you can follow it in a support ticket.
Step 3
The database and settings are prepared
We create the database and configure the software WordPress needs. You don’t need to create database users, upload installation files or edit connection details during setup.
Step 4
WordPress is installed and hardened
We install WordPress, set up its administrator account and apply the firewall and update settings. You get the familiar WordPress dashboard for themes, plugins and pages.
Step 5
The site is checked
The preview address, WordPress login and hosting settings are checked before the site is marked ready. If a check needs attention, setup remains in progress.
Step 6
Your site is ready to use
When setup is complete, your WordPress credentials appear in the portal and in your ready email. If you have a domain, the site’s Domains & SSL page shows the DNS records to add with your registrar.
What is checked before you get the keys
The site’s access and hosting settings are checked before handover. You can follow the status in your portal while setup is in progress.
- Security hardening confirmed — server locked down, only what’s needed is reachable
- Firewall active and blocking unwanted traffic
- Your site loads correctly on its preview address
- WordPress admin login works with your new credentials
- WordPress and PHP versions recorded, so we know exactly what you’re running
If anything fails the checklist, we fix it and run the check again. Setup stays in progress until every item passes, and your panel shows where things stand.
