Getting started
Create your account, choose a plan and set up your first site.
Create your account
Sign up with your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters, then follow the link in the verification email. Google or GitHub sign-in is available when those options are shown. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder — if it’s still missing, contact support and we’ll resend it.
Choose a plan and create your site
Open Plans & billing to choose a hosting plan and review the price at checkout. Then open My sites, select Create site, and enter a site name and the email address for your WordPress login. Setup runs through several stages, and the page shows each one. Wait until the site is marked ready before trying to log in — an engineer checks the hardening, firewall and login first.
Open WordPress for the first time
When setup is verified, your initial WordPress login appears in the portal and in your ready email. From your site’s page, choose the login button to open a secure, one-time link to the WordPress dashboard. Change the initial password after your first login. The same site page holds its other tools: Domains & SSL, Staging, File manager, Database and Backups.
If something goes wrong
If setup stops at one stage or the site shows needs attention, open Get help and start a conversation with the site name and the status you see. Don’t retry setup yourself — we pick it up from the failed step.
