Plans, subscriptions and invoices
Review your plan, understand what it includes and download invoices.
Review your plan
The Pricing page lists current plans; prices are in USD per month and you confirm the price at checkout. Open Plans & billing to see your subscriptions, renewal dates and invoices. You can hold more than one subscription — each has its own site allowance and its own billing, and you pick which subscription a new site belongs to when you create it. Cancelling one subscription doesn’t affect the others.
Understand visitor estimates
Estimated monthly visits apply to all sites on a subscription combined, not to each site separately. They’re planning figures for cached WordPress sites with a lightweight theme and a few lightweight plugins — not measured benchmarks, guaranteed capacity or hard limits. Shops, logged-in visitors and uncached pages can need a larger plan even below the estimate. Unlimited websites removes the site-count limit; it doesn’t mean unlimited processing or storage. The Terms of Service explain the assumptions, and a catalog change never reduces the allowances of a subscription you’ve already bought.
Pay for additional services
One-off or recurring services — like a larger dedicated setup — appear under Plans & billing with their own invoices. Recurring service invoices don’t charge a saved card automatically: follow the payment link on each invoice. An invoice is marked paid once the payment is confirmed.
Download an invoice
Find the invoice under Plans & billing and select PDF. Hosting invoices show the plan and subscription reference, and a copy is attached to the invoice email. If the email never arrived, the PDF is always available in your account. Quote the invoice number when asking support about a payment.
