Get help through support tickets

Ask a question and follow the whole conversation in one thread.

Start a conversation

Open Get help and select Start a conversation. Write a short subject, then describe the problem: the site or domain affected, when it started and what you’ve already tried. Choose the priority that matches the impact and send. Never include passwords, API keys or card details — we won’t ask for them.

Read and reply

Open a ticket to read our replies and answer. Your reply needed means we’re waiting for you. When the problem is fixed, select Mark as resolved; if it comes back, send another reply or use Reopen ticket. The toolbar handles lists, links and code, and Preview shows the message before you send it. A draft is kept in the current browser tab until you send it.

Find an older ticket

Search by subject or ticket ID and filter by status. The full history stays in the thread even if an email notification never arrives, so the portal is the reliable record. When you report a problem, include the site name and any error text you can see — it saves a round trip.

When to expect a reply

We answer tickets on weekdays, usually within a day. Weekend messages are picked up from Monday. If your site is down, say so in the subject and choose the urgent priority — but know that a person reads it, not an autoresponder.
