Use your hosting controls
Find the file manager, database, backups, domains and staging tools for each site.
Open the tools
Sign in and open My sites, then choose your site — its tools are listed as Domains & SSL, Staging, File manager, Database and Backups. The same tools are grouped under Hosting controls. File manager and database access are included with every plan. Domain, staging and backup allowances depend on your plan.
Edit files with the file manager
Open File manager, then choose Open file manager to launch your workspace securely in a new tab. Upload files or folders, search, rename, copy, move, edit code, and create or extract ZIP archives. Changes affect your live site, so take a backup first. Connection settings and managed files are protected.
Check your plan limits
The controls show your plan’s limits for domains, staging copies and backups. Existing sites and staging copies count toward those limits. If you hit a limit, remove something you no longer need, or ask support about moving to a larger plan.
If a tool is unavailable
If the controls are suspended or a site is missing, check Plans & billing for an unpaid invoice and Get help for an open conversation. When you write to support, include the site name and the exact message you see — and never paste a password into a ticket.
